How to hard reset your samsung galaxy mobile phones

What does a hard reset really means? it means to reset your phone to the settings and features which were accompanied from the company or at firmware update instant.

Samsung Galaxy, whether spica or i7500, is very easy to reset! there are two ways to approach the hard rest!

firstly you have a most common way that is a combo of keys to reboot mobile phone into rom settings!
i.e. just power off the mobile phone, restart it by holding volume down + call + end call! then it will take you to recovery screen where you can switch to home tab for factory reset.

another simplest way to achieve hard reset is entering *2767*3855# in dialpad and hit dial! this will help definitely!

i done the hard reset but i never took out my sim card first.... everything is gone all pics and contacts is there any way that i can get these back?

everthing trashed on hard reset is deleated permanently. i m afraid there is no possible way to retrieve data back!!!

please help
ive just done a hard reset on my 3 day old galaxy after following a link to this post.
long story but having problems with phone not charging so wanted to take a clean phone back to the store.
i did the *2767*3855# code, phone rebooted and now hangs on a black screen with the samsung logo and nothing else
have i bricked it, and what can i do

hi...
the phone would have already defective. so some root files may have got deleted.
dont worry, its not the symptom of bricked phone. but u will need to flash your mobiles root files. for that just follow my guide to upgrade.

or you can even try the alternative method of hard reset mentioned above. that should work.

Man... I love you xD!! The *2767*3855# dial in keypad method worked a charm!! I'veonly had this phone a few hours.. And i've had to do this.. =S Weird.. Thanks dude!!
